Superhero AI is designed to support recruitment professionals rather than make final hiring decisions. Employers and recruitment teams remain responsible for decisions about whether candidates progress through their recruitment process.

Information we may process

Depending on how you interact with Superhero AI, personal information may include your name, email address, telephone number, location, CV and employment history, qualifications, skills, screening responses, work preferences and other information you choose to provide during a recruitment process.

Candidates

Where Superhero AI is used as part of an employer's recruitment process, the employer or recruiting organisation will generally determine why your personal information is being processed. We do not sell candidate personal information.
